Pre-order Policy

A pre-order means the item is not currently in stock. Place your order as usual to secure your size before it sells out.

Timing

Pre-orders usually take one to three weeks or less to reach Plush Beauties Boutique. Delays may occur. For special-occasion items, order two months in advance to allow for possible delays.

Changes and cancellations

Pre-orders are generally final sale because items are ordered especially for you. If a pre-order needs to be canceled, a Plush Beauties gift card may be issued instead of a refund.

Pre-ordering with in-stock items can delay the entire order. Place pre-order items separately if you do not want in-stock items delayed.
